Are the products you sell authentic?

YES! Everything we sell is absolutely 100% authentic guaranteed! We purchase our cosmetics directly from cosmetic counters at major department stores (Macy's and Nordstrom) that have closed at mall locations. Some NARS items are purchased directly from the manufacturer.

How can I trust that the products you sell authentic?

It's simple. We also sell on eBay so you can view our feedback here.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to anywhere in the world (except Italy and Brazil due to the amount of lost packages)

Are the MAC brushes the original natural haired brushes or the new MAC synthetic version?

ALL MAC brushes sold at our store are the original natural haired brushes. We currently do NOT sell the new synthetic brushes.

How can I view the status of my order?

Go to the Customer Service, Account History page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

What are your shipping costs?

You will see our shipping and handling costs are quite reasonable. The cost depends on the amount of your order. Final shipping costs will be displayed on your invoice before confirming your payment and order.

What do batch codes numbers mean in descriptions?

Batch codes indicate when a product was manufactured. We may add batch code information when products were manufactured at an earlier date. Please note that products do not expire x amount of months after manufacture date but after OPEN date as indicated by manufacturer labeling.

What is "International Pricing"?

"International Pricing" refers to products purchased at the US retail price for sale to our International customers that have requested custom purchases on product new releases or products not available in their country.
